The Regent Parkway is located along 21st Drive, Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Merto Manila.  Bonifacio Global City, which is also known as the Fort or Global City, was once a part of the Philippine Army Camp at Fort Bonifacio that was sold under the Bases Conversion and Development Authority in the 90s.  Today, Bonifacio Global City is one of the most vital financial and business districts in Metro Manila and is a very popular entertainment hub as well.  Its location is ideal for business and for residents who would like to be near work, school, and play.

Bonifacio Global City is 11 kilometers Southeast of the Capital City of Manila, and is bound by Makati City to the North, East, and West, and rest of Taguig City to the South.  Its location is somewhat central to the rest of Merto Manila so no matter where you need to be in the Metro, the Regent Parkway is always at the center of it all.

Getting to Bonifacio Global City is easy.  Bonifacio Global City is between EDSA and C-5 Road, so public transport such as trains, busses, jeepneys, taxis, and vans are plenty and readily available.

There are seven major access points leading to the Fort.  

• From the North through Kalayaan Avenue which connects it to the North Gate
• From the West through Kalayaan Avenue which connects it to the Kalayaan Flyover
• From Taguig in the West via EDSA through McKinley Road and to the McKinley Gate
• From the Upper East Gate coming from C-5 highway in the East
• From the Sampaguita Gate coming from C-5 highway in the East
• From the Lower East Gate coming from C-5 highway in the East
• From the airport through the Villamor Airbase to the South Gate by Fifth Avenue and Lawton Avenue

The Regent Parkway condominium is practically neighbors with most of the important sites people frequent and visit.  It is near schools, malls, shopping centers, banks, hospitals, health centers, restaurants, business establishments, foreign consulates, recreational parks, and other places of interest.

Schools

Many of the schools surrounding the Regent Parkway condominium and the vicinity of the Bonifacio Global City are international school.  These schools use international standards and may have higher standards of learning than local schools.  Some of the schools in the vicinity are:  The International School of Manila, British School of Manila, Manila Japanese School, Meridian International College, Treston International College, Victory Learning Institute, Enderun College, Summit School, and more.

Malls

Because Bonifacio Global City is also one of the more popular entertainment hubs in the metropolis, shopping and leisure lifestyle shops abound in the area.  The choices are plenty and can be dizzying sometimes.  These shops include: Market! Market! Mall, Bonifacio High Street, SM Aura Premier, The Fort Strip, S&R Membership Shopping, MC Home Depot, Venice Grand Canal Mall, and others.

Banks

Being a financial center, the Regent Parkway is surrounded by banks and other financial institutions. Some banks even have multiple branches within the Bonifacio Global City financial district.  This is by no means an exhaustive list, but just to name a few, we have: The Bank of the Philippine Islands, Philippine National Bank, Land Bank, PSBank, Metrobank, Philippine Business Bank, RCBC, Security Bank, and many more.

Hospitals

In case of emergency, these two well-known hospitals are very well within reach:  The Ospital ng Maynila, and St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Restaurants
